Most Memorable Fishing Experience: "At the 2004 Wal-Mart FLW Tour at Kentucky Lake, I was in 135th place with after Day 1 and feeling down because a bad finish would knock me out of the Championship. My 8 year old daughter, Madison, called me that night to tell me how proud she was of me for being in 135th. This served as a wake-up call from heaven above. Instantly, God showed me that my attitude and heart were in the wrong place. I suddenly became aware of all the things I have to be greatful for, like my God, my wife and my three kids that love me no matter what and a job that allows me to call fishing "work". With my priorities back in line, I went out the next day with an unexplained peace and calmness and had an awesome day. I weighed-in 16-14 and moved from 135th to 6th. Thanks Madison!"
