Tim fished the Crappie USA Tour in 2000 and the North American Crappie Association Trail in 2001. He has been the only full-time fishing guide on Patoka Lake, IN,
since 1990. He is classified as a multi-species guide, but his main focus, and love, is crappie. In December 2001, he began to guide full-time on Lake Okeechobee.
He guides December - February out of Okeechobee Fishing Headquarters.
