Most Memorable Fishing Experience: "I have several memorable experiences on the water. Most include fishing with my Granpa & Grandma. One of the proudest moments I have had in competitive fishing came in 2002 at a charity tournament near Chicago. I had fished a tournament on that lake about a month prior to the charity event. At that time I told the tournament director that if I was blessed enoughto win the tournament, I would give 20% of the prize money back to the charity. Make a long story short, I got on a good pattern and won the tournament with ease. I immediately called up the representative of the Teenage Menengitis Foundation. I kept my word and gave the foundation 20%. The way I looked at it, that money was not going to have a drastic impact on my life but, if it could somehow help save a life, I would sure give it a chance."
